Dear Owner,

I would like to take this time to introduce myself. My name is Jody A. Moore with Ortex Systems, Inc. We are a full service Termite and Pest control company and a member of the NPMA. As we are an expanding company we will be bidding on termite pre-treatments in your area and would like to partner with your company to provide top quality service. What I am looking for are affiliates who would be able to do termite pre-treatments. Our corporate office would handle all the bidding, billing and submission of all necessary submittals to the contractors. In return for doing the pre-treatment the affiliate would receive 80% of the billed amount on receipt of payment by the contractor. There will also be a low monthly charge for this service to be determined at a later date. As I have stated, we are a expanding company and we do get calls from all over the country.
